Accident insurancePays 100% of eligible expenses related to an accidental injury.1 Benefits are paid regardless of any other coverage, and eligible expenses are covered even if incurred on different days or with different providers.2 |

Hospital indemnity insurancePays a fixed benefit amount each day of a hospital stay lasting at least 24 hours, to a max of 5 days per calendar year. Other covered facilities include:

Critical illness insurancePays a lump-sum benefit after an employee is diagnosed with a covered condition while the coverage is in effect. Covered conditions are grouped into three categories and include cancer, heart attack and stroke, major organ failure and severe burns. |
