- Federal family and medical leaves, including military provisions.
- State family and medical leaves, including absences related to domestic violence, military and school activities.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) services
Symetra's ADA services can be added to an absence management program to help maximize workplace productivity and provide guidance on ADA compliance.
